Puzzle progress on your device

When you play, we store game progress in your browser’s local storage (for example, which words you have found or which logic-grid marks you have made). That data stays on your device. We do not create accounts, and we do not upload your answers to our servers.

You can remove saved progress by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (Google tag / gtag.js) to understand how visitors use the site—for example, which pages are viewed and how people navigate between them. Google may set or read cookies or similar identifiers and process data such as approximate location, device or browser information, and page URLs. You can read Google’s privacy policy and how Google Analytics uses data. We do not use this site to show third-party advertising.

Fonts and hosting

The site’s typefaces (DM Sans and Fraunces) are served from our own domain. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts when you visit Riddle Lamp.

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard server or CDN request logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. We use those logs only for operations, security, and troubleshooting.

If we add advertising, accounts, or other data practices beyond what this policy describes, we will update this page before those features go live and add any consent controls required by applicable law.
