Each puzzle has its own word list. The answer keys appear after all three puzzle pages, so you can print only the games when you don't want the answers in front of players.
How to print and play
- Download the PDF using the button above.
- Print pages 2–4 for the puzzles. Print pages 5–7 separately if you want the answer keys.
- Circle, shade, or highlight each word you find in the grid, then tick it off the word list.
The PDF is laid out on US Letter paper. If you use A4, choose Fit to page or your printer's equivalent setting to keep the full grid and page footer inside the margins. You can also open the PDF on a screen and use a PDF annotation tool if you prefer not to print.
Who can use it?
This pack works for a quick solo puzzle break, a family activity, a classroom handout, or a library puzzle table. The easy puzzle offers a short first round; the medium and hard puzzles add more words and directions for players who want a longer challenge.
You may print and share the pack for personal, classroom, library, and other noncommercial activities. Please keep the Riddle Lamp credit on the pages. Do not sell or repackage the PDF.

Is the activity pack free?
Yes. You can download and print the PDF without paying. It includes all three puzzles and their answer keys.
Can I print the puzzles without the solutions?
Yes. Print pages 2–4 for the puzzles. The solutions are on pages 5–7.
Are the three puzzles all the same difficulty?
No. They progress from a 7 × 7 grid with five words to a 16 × 16 grid with fifteen words. The harder puzzles also use more word directions.
